By donating to Transition House Foundation you are providing Cape Breton Transition House with the resources to purchase the many necessary extras that are not included in the base funding they receive.

These include but are not restricted to:
Emergency funds
Comfort allowance
Craft supplies
Clothing
Personal items
Household service
Furniture for the shelter
Entertainment
Outreach Retreat

Transition House Foundation also assists with the public education program in the schools and in the community.

Support through corporate, personal and monthly donations are the key to making sure that Cape Breton Transition House succeeds in providing quality care for every woman and child who walks through their doors or uses their services.

Donations in memory of a special person can be made to Transition House Foundation.

Your decision to honour the memory of a special person with an IN MEMORIAM donation to Cape Breton Transition House will help break the cycle of family violence in our community.

An In Memoriam card will be sent in your name to the bereaved family.
